Eliza Yashari

Dr. Eliza Yashari is a veterinarian with a strong passion for preventative care, internal medicine, and the human–animal bond. She grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. Dr. Yashari went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University, where she developed a deep appreciation for evidence-based medicine and compassionate patient care.

Following veterinary school, Dr. Yashari completed a rigorous internship at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. She has since been practicing in Los Angeles, where she is dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive care to her patients and building meaningful relationships with their families. She values open communication and enjoys working collaboratively with pet owners to make the best decisions for their pets’ health and well-being. Her clinical interests include internal medicine, with a keen focus on strengthening and honoring the human–animal bond that lies at the heart of veterinary medicine. She is excited to join the team at Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital.

Outside of work, Dr. Yashari lives at home with her husband, also a veterinarian, their dog Freddie, and her three children.
